Rachelle Colgan

Rachelle joined Zocalo in February ‘2021 as the new Community Director at Vita Littleton.

With over 15 years of experience in the multi-family industry, Rachelle has managed a variety of properties within the Phoenix and Chicago markets. Her proven leadership skills focus on team development, mentorship and motivation. Building rapport with residents and establishing community spirit is a priority. She is an established Certified Apartment Manager, and a future goal includes the advancement in becoming a LEED Green Associate.

As a new Littleton resident, she looks forward to local community engagement. Rachelle draws inspiration from her parents daily and in her spare time enjoys outdoor activities that include golf, attending baseball games, and sailing.

Addison Ables

Addison moved to Colorado at the beginning of 2023 to be closer to the activities she enjoys, such as biking, skiing, and getting out with her dog, Gus. With a background in hospitality, she has extensive resources that will best serve the Vita community. She enjoys meeting new people by joining recreation sports teams and discovers ways to get outdoors in creative and fun ways.

Amy Zavala

Amy has a unique talent for creating connections between people of all ages. Prior to joining the Vita Littleton team, Amy worked for a multi-specialty group who partners with organizations to maximize the potential of older people. Amy earned her Master’s Degree from George Williams College of Aurora University in Recreation Administration with a focus on older adult recreation. A south side of Chicago native, Amy enjoys the beauty Colorado’s outdoors provides. In her free time Amy enjoys meeting new people and hiking new trails. She absolutely loves food especially; making new recipes and trying different restaurants.

Roger Rivera

Roger is a native of Colorado and grew up in the southeastern town of Rocky Ford. He brings 15+ years’ experience in the multi-family housing industry working on a variety of sites from new builds to renovation projects. Outside of work, Roger is a family man. He, along with his wife Casey, enjoy all their free time with their 6 children and 1 fur child. As a family they enjoy all things outdoors, watching and playing sports, and vacations.

Jesse Laster

Jesse is originally from Texas and has been in Colorado for the past 7 years. He has had a wide range of professions making him a jack of all trades. Jesse is the proud father of two children, Alice and Jordan. He enjoys coaching baseball, fishing, camping, and life outdoors. If he is not outdoors, he is probably watching a movie or playing his favorite video game with his kids.
